Shane Hensley is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He lived and worked in commercial banking and lending in the Washington DC area for over 20 years. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate License. Shane focuses on land planning, redevelopment entitlements, land brokerage, development and consulting with Coleman & Associates. Shane operates Hensley Associates Commercial Mortgage Brokerage Company.

Rhonda Hensley is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She worked in the DC area for 20 years where she served as office manager for mortgage brokerage, residential real estate, and commercial mixed use development companies. Rhonda manages our office and the administrative activities of Hensley & Associates.
